Meilong Tube Alloy Tubing serves the petroleum and natural gas industry with high quality, corrosion-resistant tubing in lengths up to 50,000 feet or more. Our products include austenitic stainless steel, nickel-base alloy, and duplex stainless steel seam-welded in sizes from 1/8” through 5/8” outside diameter. Meilong’s small-diameter, corrosion-resistant tubing is ideal for control line, instrumentation, chemical injection, well monitoring and other high-performance applications in harsh environments where strength, corrosion resistance and reliability are essential.
Meilong Tube is the manufacturer with complete in-house sheathing and encapsulation capability. This permits us to sheath our own insulated copper conductors and optical fibers with stainless and nickel alloy and encapsulate them. All of our products are manufactured to our detailed tubing specifications which meet or exceed applicable ASTM requirements.
We monitor product quality through a rigorous inspection and testing process conducted by our team of highly qualified professionals. The extensive training and experience of Meilong Tube members includes: mechanical, electrical and metallurgical engineering, the design, fabrication and assembly of tube mills and production equipment, non-destructive testing such as eddy current, hydrostatic. This diverse skill set enables us to ensure high quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Testing abilities are an important element of quality control. The following tests are available to ensure the quality of metal material: Chemical, Corrosion, Dimensional, Eddy current, Elongation, Flare, Flatten, Grain size, Hardness, Hydrostatic, Metallurgical, Positive material identification (PMI), Surface roughness, Tensile, Yield.
For the control lines, the alloys that could be used are Austenitic: 316L, ASTM A-269; Duplex: S31803/S32205, S32750, ASTM A-789; Nickel alloy: N08825, N06625, ASTM B-704 and ASTM B-423, ASTM B-444.
