Meilong Tube specializes in producing seamless and redrawn, welded and redrawn coiled tubing made from corrosion-resistant austenitic, duplex, super duplex stainless steels and nickel alloy grades. These tubing are often used in hydraulic control lines and chemical injection lines, specifically to serve the oil and gas, and geothermal industries.
The unique manufacturing capabilities and processes of Meilong Tube allow it to make the longest continuous chemical injection line tubing available in stainless steels and high nickel alloys. These long length tubing coils are often used for chemical injection in subsea and onshore wells. Their length aids to reduce the potential for defects and failures and their exceedingly clean and smooth inside surface is perfect for chemical injection systems.
The coils also have short hydraulic response times, great collapse strength, and absolutely no methanol permeation.
The Duplex 2205 is a nitrogen-enhanced duplex stainless steel developed to combat the common corrosion problems caused by the 300 series stainless steels. It contains a combination of austenite and ferrite phases, and at its annealed state, it has around 40-50% ferrite. Also referred to as the work horse grade, the 2205 duplex stainless steel is the most widely used type in its family.
The advantage of duplex steel is that it combines the qualities of austenitic and ferritic steel, making it easy to fabricate with high stress resistances and corrosion resistance. However, its usage should be limited to temperatures below 600° F, as extended exposure to higher temperatures can make it brittle over time.
The chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen elements offer great resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion, which is essential in services such as marine environments, bleaching operations, brackish water, closed loop systems, and food process applications. Furthermore, the resistance of 2205 duplex stainless steel is incomparable to common stainless steels like SS316L and SS317L.
Meilong Tube ensures a flawless product quality by providing vacuum annealing for injection lines, allowing for excellent mechanical properties and a bright, appealing surface. In addition, close dimensional tolerances, superior surface finish, high cleanness of the inside surface, and controlled ovality and eccentricity are achieved.
Each tubing coil is a completely continuous length free of orbital welds and is hydrostatically tested at a minimum of 10,000 psi. Tests such as eddy current, chemical, flattening, flaring, tensile, yield, elongation, and hardness are conducted to guarantee quality and reliability. Furthermore, third party inspectors (SGS, BV, DNV) can be present onsite to witness the tests.
We are manufacturing and supplying seamless, floating internal plug redrawn tubing. It is made by seam-welding and therefore free from any orbital joint welds. The tubing is provided in an annealed condition and is supplied in one continuous length. It features some UNS alloy construction.

Please note that the theoretical burst and collapse pressure values are based on minimum wall thickness and minimum tensile/yield strength respectively. In addition, all the pressure ratings provided are for use in static, neutral, and 100°F (38°C) temperature conditions.
